These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Skaldox mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using Skaldox, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Skaldox does
Skaldox helps you identify products (from a photo or text description) and find matching supplier listings on third-party wholesale platforms. Results are informational sourcing leads, not purchase commitments made by Skaldox.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Skaldox only for lawful product-sourcing purposes.
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Third-party listings and links
Supplier listings, prices, availability, and product details come from third-party wholesale platforms and related data providers. Skaldox does not sell those products or control supplier quality. When you open a listing, you deal with that platform under their own terms.
5. AI and automated analysis
Product identification and ranking may use third-party cloud AI services. Automated results can be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify details with the supplier before ordering.
6. Accounts
Some features may work without an account. If account features are enabled later, you are responsible for your credentials and account activity.
7. Intellectual property
Skaldox branding, design, and software are owned by Skaldox or its licensors. You grant us a license to process content you submit solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKALDOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $50.
10. Termination
You may stop using Skaldox at any time. We may suspend or stop the Service for maintenance, abuse, legal reasons, or operational needs.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
