Terms of Service
These Terms govern the Skaldox mobile app and related services. By using a Skaldox account or accepting these Terms in the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What Skaldox does
Skaldox helps you identify products and find matching supplier listings. Results are informational sourcing leads, not purchases made by Skaldox.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13. If under 18, use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Acceptance
After sign-in (or when we update the legal version), the app requires you to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before continuing. If you decline, you cannot use the Service.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use Skaldox only for lawful product-sourcing purposes.
- Safeguard credentials; do not share your account.
- Do not abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or upload illegal content.
5. Third-party listings
Listings and prices come from third parties. Approximate USD conversion may be shown for comparison — always verify on the supplier site. Purchases are between you and the supplier.
6. AI
Identification and ranking may use cloud AI and can be wrong. Verify with suppliers before ordering.
7. Accounts
Accounts are created by Skaldox. We (including the owner/administrator) may disable access for abuse, Terms violations, inactivity, or account management.
8. Plans and payments
Free credits, paid plans, and top-ups may be offered. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value except where required by law.
9. Intellectual property
Skaldox IP stays with Skaldox. You grant us a license to process content you submit to operate and improve the Service per the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKALDOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $50.
12. Termination
You may stop using Skaldox and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or remove access for maintenance, abuse, legal reasons, or account management.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. When the in-app legal version changes, you may need to accept again.
